 Description of Courses:

The course for the four middle school races will be the exact same course as was used in the 2021

XC season, and will be the same course that will be used for the Metro 10 Championship Meet in October of 2022.   It is 2.0 miles.   It starts and finishes on the soccer fields and it includes a significant amount of time in the woods on trails.   There is a big hill in the woods (down and then back up on the other side) within that trail portion.  A new and improved map of the course is in the works as of the time of this posting and will be made available to coaches when completed.   Coaches can arrange a time to preview the course if that is desired.   Please do so by contacting Coach Binford (contact listed above).

The course for the two youth division races will be shorter (approximately 1.0 miles).   It also starts and finishes on the soccer fields.   By contrast with the MS course, it consists of only about 100-150 meters of trails in the woods.   Also, the big hill that is run in the middle school races is not included in the youth division course.
