Individual entry limits: Individuals may enter 5 events max..No more than 4 running and no more than 3 individual events
Each team will be allowed three individual entries per event and one team per relay.
Registration will be done on www.gatfxc.com.
Awards will be awarded to the top three individuals in each event, trophies will go to the top three teams.
Clerking: Clerking will be done by SMART Event Management which will ensure a fast and efficient track meet.

Order of Events:
Entries Per Event: Each school is allowed 3 entries for all field events and open track races. Relays are limited to 2 per school.

Coaches meeting: 8:00 AM in the infield9:00 AM- GIRLS' HIGH JUMP, BOYS' SHOT PUTBOYS' & GIRLS' POLE VAULT, GIRLS' LONG JUMPBOYS' TRIPLE JUMP, GIRLS' DISCUS11:00 AM-BOYS' HIGH JUMP, GIRLS' SHOT PUTBOYS' LONG JUMP, GIRLS' TRIPLE JUMP, BOYS' DISCUSFIELD EVENTS: (Participants should report to their respective competition areas.)(3 trials each in Discus Throw, Long Jump, Shot Put, Triple Jump)
RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all common running event heats will be girls followed by boys.
