Meet Information
This meet is open to all individuals and middle school teams grades 6th - 8th.
All unattached athlete (middle school age) must show proof of age or grade at the gate. Examples- middle school id, birth certificate, ID card. You will not be allowed to participate without.

All entries must be completed by March 9, 2021. Online payments can be made via the payment portal checkout option. (Coming soon) Please be advised that you may go into the system as many times as needed before posted deadline. Online payments must be made by March 9. Mailed-in payments must be received by March 10, 2021; if not received by due date full payment is expected at the gate and will have a late fee of $20.00 per gender team and $10.00 per unattached athlete. Only schools may pay with a school check. No personal checks will be accepted on behalf of a school or an unattached athlete.
No charge for registered athletes, children under 5 years of age, coaches with registered athletes (one coach per 10 registered athletes), and officials and volunteers working the meet.
Georgia High School Passes accepted.
Medals:Medals are awarded to the top 8 competitors regardless of affiliation with a school or club (or unattached). Medals are awarded at the conclusion of the individual event, in the awards area.
Athletes entered in both track and field events should (1st) tell the field clerk about the running event, (2nd) ask to leave the field event and check-in for the running event; (3rd) remain in the running check-in area until called to the line, and (4th) run then immediately return to the field event. You will have 3 mins to return to the field event.
