Rolling Schedule starting @ 10:00 AM

1. Distance Medley Relay - (1200m - 400m - 800m - 1600m)

2. Girls 100m Hurdles

3. Boys 110m Hurdles

4. Sprint Medley Relay - (100m - 100m - 200m - 400m)

5. 4x800m Coed - (Girl - Boy - Girl - Boy)

6. 4x100m Coed - (Boy - Girl - Boy - Girl) 7. Throwers 4x100m - Coed - (Girls - Boy - Girl - Boy)

8. Elimination Mile - Explained below

9. 4x400m Coed - (Boy - Girl - Boy - Girl)



The Elimination Mile:

This is an epic race!  Each heat will consist of 6 or 7 runners.  The race will be started as normal, but at the end of each lap, the runner is last place will be eliminated.  There will only be 3 or 4 racers left on the last lap.  Check out this YouTube video below to get a better idea of the race as well as some strategy.

Coed Relays must be ran in the order shown above. 

Field Event Schedule: 



We will be very lenient with athletes competing in different events going on at the same time.  Just make sure to have your athletes let the event official know if they need to check out for a running event or another field event.  

Individual Awards will be given to the top 3 in each event

Team Scoring: 

This meet will be scored as one big Coed meet.  All points will go toward your team's total score.  

Covid Precautions:

When setting up your team's area, please try not to set  up too close to other teams.  If you bring a tent, please put it on the top row of the bleachers so that spectators can see.  The visitors bleachers are available for tents as well.  All athletes and spectators are expected to wear masks unless they are competing in an event.  

There will be a $5 gate fee for all spectators.  We will have concessions.
