The track facility is at the Buford Middle School - not at the high school

Parking info: Park in the front
of the Middle School and enter the main home gates. Please have them
park the buses around the back and visitors side in the curve. They can
drop off at the visitors gate or the back gate (whichever you choose)
and then park nearby. Please do not arrive prior to 3:15 - middle school
dismissal is at this time.
Inclement weather: IF there is inclement weather that causes the meet to be cancelled or postponed, we will send out an email to the coaches and confirm with each team. Entry cut-off: Monday, 2/15 at 8:00 PM; see below for entry limits
Entry limits: Due to the number of schools attending, entry limits are capped
at 4 per team for each individual event. Relays will be capped at
2/team, and the 4x800 will be capped at 1/team. The host team (Buford)
may enter more than the limits per event.
Additions and substitutions:
We will not be accepting race-day additions, and we would also like to
keep substitutions to an absolute minimum. Please have your entries put
in MileSplit before the meet. If you do have substitutions, please write
them down (who went in for who), and hand them to the timer following
the end of the meet. The changes will be made on the results once it's
posted to MileSplit.
Facility information: Restrooms located on the home side of the stadium. NO ONE is permitted inside the school building at any time. All spectators and athletes not currently warming up MUST remain in the bleachers on the home side; the visitor side bleachers will be CLOSED.

3:30 Coaches' Meeting
3:45 Field Events Start - Athletes will check in AT THE EVENT
Standard 3 attempts only - no finals
3:45-4:00 3200M Run (girls, then boys)
4:45 Running Events Start - Athletes will need to check in with the clerk for heat and lane assignments. Hip number assignments will be given in the 4x800, 800, 1600, 3200, and anchor leg 4x400.
Running events will begin with the 4x800 relay and will follow a rolling schedule. Girls will go first followed by the boys.
