Team areas will be located on the soccer fields. This is adjacent to the start straight away. Areas will be marked off. Please keep your teamswithin these areas. Due to COVID regulations parents are NOT allowed in team areas.
Bus Parking - please park near the community center off Camp Rd.
Please have your bus drivers park in the community center parkingarea.
At the conclusion of the JV Boys race I'll call for a coach
to look over results to make sure no one is misplaced. Send one coach to me so
we can have it 100% correct when we go to awards.
RULES PER GHSA Please go over this with your athletes.
We will check each team 10 minutes prior to their start time at the starting line.
1. No GPS watches
2. Uniforms must closely match, undergarments of solid color,
and must match team mates in color but not length.
3. No athlete should impede the course of another runner and must stay within the designated course or they will face disqualification.
4. Please cover with your parents not to enter the
competition area. Stay off the course.
5. Please ask parents/supporters to NOT bring dogs to our
region competition. WE want to make sure the course stays clear at all times.
Please go over this early as it will make things go smoothly
and avoid any hardships through the race day.
Tickets:Finally, please educate your parents about the $6 entry fee.
All tickets will be handled through GoFan. Please have them pre-purchase tickets.
The fee goes back to the region and is set by the region.
Allexpenses related to our varsity meet are covered by these fees.

Parking: All spectator and car parking is located at Pickens Junior High across the street from Roper Park. Please do not cross the road. PLEASE use the tunnel to access the park. Bus parking is located at the Community Center of Camp Rd. This is just north of the start field. Teams if you are having parents bring team tents, tables etc.. please contact me for parking.
Timing/results:Will be handled by WFHS Timing group. They will handle all
entry and the timing processes. We will use the bib system and not timing chips.
Qualification:All athletes in the top 6 individually regardless of
team. Top 4 teams in each varsity race.
