Final instructions and plan will be posted the week prior to the meet. Please only register athletes who will be running as timing is paid per bib used. All registered runners for the meet will be issued a bib.

Wildwood Park
$50 registration per school due on meet day. The fee is good for entry in all divisions. GHSA, GISA, GAPPS, SCHSL, and SCISA welcome. Team start line position will be listed on your coaching package. Registration will close at noon on August 13th.
7:45am - Coaches Meeting
Coaches must ensure all athletes have no temperature above 100.3 or symptoms of Covid-19 prior to coming to the meet. Please provide a roster of your athletes using the attached form or attest for your whole team and sign and turn in at the coaches meeting. The link below is a form you can use.

8am Varsity Boys 5k (Grades 9-12)
Varsity Girls will follow on a rolling start (at least 10 minutes separation) based on temperature and heat concerns. Middle School (grades 5-8) and youth (grades 2-5) will start after completion of the previous races and utilize a rolling start as well (boys then girls).
Awards will be given to the top 10 finishers in each race and team awards for the top 3 teams.

Concessions will be available but limited. Coaches will get free food! Entry into Wildwood Park is $3 per car for spectators on race day if you tell the gate attendant you are with the cross country meet. Please park in the parking area across the street from the XC course. You may pull into the XC area to drop off supplies and then park across the street in designated parking. Please see course map above. Parking and admission to the XC meets are free.
