7:30am Varsity Girls - Heat 1 (10 runners)
7:50am Varsity Girls - Heat 2 (10 runners)
8:10am Varsity Boys - Heat 1 (10 runners)
8:25am Varsity Boys - Heat 2 (10 runners)
8:40am JV Girls - Heat 1 (unlimited- please run your JV freshman girls in the freshman race)
9:05am JV Girls - Heat 2 (unlimited- please run your JV freshman girls in the freshman race)
9:30am JV Boys - Heat 1 (unlimited - please run your JV freshman boys in the freshman race)
9:50am JV Boys - Heat 2 (unlimited - please run your JV freshman boys in the freshman race)
10:10 am Freshman Girls ( use mile split to enter your non varsity girls into this race)
10:35am Freshman Boys ( use mile split to enter your non varsity boys into this race)
10:55 am Middle School Girls -3000m
11:10am Middle School Boys -3000m
11:35am All Races are completed
Awards will be sorted and put into envelopes; Coaches to come to awards table to get their medals.

Timing:
The Perfect Timing Group is the timing company for this XC meet. Each athlete will have a race number and a shoe chip. We will remove the shoe chip before they leave the finish chute. Return all chips not used to finish line area before leaving. All shoe chips not returned will be charged to the school of the runner. Results will be posted on www.ga.milesplit.com and www.ptgrouponline.com later on Saturday.
***All runners must be register online to receive shoe chips. No shoe chip = No official time.
Entry Fees:
High school Races:
- $150.00 entry fee- covers entries into the boys varsity, JV, and Freshman races
- $150.00 entry fee- covers entries in the girls varsity, JV, and freshman races
- $20 per individual competing (if you do not have enough for a full team)
Middle School Races:
- $75.00 entry fee- covers entries in the Middle School boy's race
- $75.00 entry fee- cover entries into the Middle school girl's race
Any middle school team with more than 50 boys & girls entered, will be charge $2 per runner above 50 athletes
$20 per individual competing in the middle school race (if you don't have enough for a team)

Awards Specifics: - Coaches come to the Awards tent at the end of the High school or Middle School races and we will place all your medals into an envelope for your team.

Courtesy Rules:
If you have an athlete cannot run faster than 25 minutes in the VARSITY race, you should put them in the JV race.
If your athlete must stop to walk during the race, we will ask them to step off the course and not finish.
We will stop the automatic timing at 30 minutes. If you have an athlete running slower than 30 minutes, they will not get placed in the results and the coach will need to time themselves.
For the Freshman and middle school Races, we will run the clock for a few additional minutes.
