Welcome to theAISInvitational 2020 Meet1.
We are looking forward to hosting 3 Middle School and 3 High School track teams in this Tri-Meet.
MeetInformation:
The entry limit is TWO individuals per event and two relay teams. Entries in the 1600m and 3200m are 5 entries. Standard GHSA event limit rules apply. Additions are not permitted, however, substitutions are allowed, but run under the name of the person they are substituting for. No corrections to final results.Time standards of 12 minutes and 24 minutes for the 1600 and 3200 are required.

Here is the basic information about the upcoming AIS Invitational 2020 Meet1. The meet officials will be Zully Pascual and Reilly Campbell ofAIS. Coach Zully Pascual will be on the microphone and will serve as the meet director.
Parking instructions: Park buses in our back parking lot and enter through the back gate.
Register for the AIS Invitational 2020 Meet1on MileSplit.
All entries must be entered before the meet. No entries on race day.
To register on MileSplit you must have an account. If you do not have an account, simply create one. Create a team roster where you enter your athletes.
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 11, 2020 - 6:00 PM
We will need at least two coaches to judge each event. We will also need three coaches to help with relay exchange zones.
We need the following events covered. Let us know ASAP what event you would like to cover.

Heats: Heats will be run as a final against the clock. Timing will be by Perfect Timing.
The schedule of events is as follows and will be automatically timed.
8:00 a.m.- Track will be open
8:30 a.m.- Coaches Meeting at the tent near the finish line
9:00 AM Field Events Begin:
Shot MS boys followed by MS girls (best of 3 throws)
Discus MS Girls followed by MS boys (best of 3 throws)
Shot HS boys followed by HS girls (best of 3 throws)
Discus HS Girls followed by HS boys (best of 3 throws)
MS Girls Long Jump followed by MS Boys Long Jump (best of 3 jumps) at conclusion of HS Triple Jump.
HS Girls Long Jump followed by HS Boys Long Jump (best of 3 jumps) at conclusion of MS Long Jump.
MS Girls High Jump followed by MS Boys High Jump
HS Girls High Jump followed by HS Boys High Jump at conclusion of MS Jumps.
Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault. MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls, HS Boys.
11:30 a.m. 1600M 12 minute time limit
NOON Track Events start (or at the conclusion of the field events.) Rolling. 2 entries per event.

Other Logistics:
We will have concessions, and bathrooms available. We ask that tents not to be set up in the in-field, but on the black top.
Athletic Trainer: We will have an Athletic Trainer on site on the infield to assist your athletes.
