Meet Information

6 Schools max, 2 entries per event, 1 relay team per relay

Top Overall scoring Boys and Top overall scoring Girls team will receive a Trophy

Top athlete in each event will receive 1st place medal

Top Boys and Top Girls relay team will receive medals for each participant

Entries:

* Entries will be done through: http://ga.milesplit.com.


     * Team Entries are due by Monday March 1st, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.

* Athlete Entries are due by Friday, March 31, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.


-There will be NO MEET DAY CHANGES.

-Entries: 2 entries per event and 2 entries per relay events. Entries will be completed on ga.milesplit

Event Information:

* Field events will have 4 attempts.


* All running events will be finals. No prelims


* No Hurdle events


FYI:

* Meet Director: Steven Boone and Kevin Wilson; Timing will be by The Perfect Timing Group


* All GHSA and NFHS rules and guidelines will be followed.


-Scoring- Individual and relay: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

* No electronic devices allowed in the check-in or competitive area.


* There will be a coach's box used for the field event area.


Awards- Only 1st place winners will receive a medal and 1st place boys and girls teams will receive a trophy

Facility- Resurfaced, 6 lane track. Timing will be FAT.

Concessions- Concessions will be open throughout the meet.

Meet Admission- Will be announced

Drop Off- You may offload at the gate in the 1st parking lot that will be on your immediate left as soon as you enter the community center. All busses will be parked in that lot.

Tents- Tents are to be set up on the hill or walk way by the baseball field. No tents along the fence.

Athlete Check In- The clerk will be set up in the middle of the field. The First Call-15 min. before event, Second Call-10 min. before event, and Third and Final Call-5 min. before event

Meet Results-We will call top 3 results following each event. Results will be online at the conclusion on ga.milesplit.com courtesy of Perfect Timing Group.

Rules- All GHSA and NFHS rules will be enforced. We will have a jury of appeals to resolve any disputes.

Warm-Up Area- The infield will be closed to all athletes not running with the exception being the athletes running, warming up, on deck or in the process of checking in.

Medal Presentations will be done after event once results are final.

Team trophy presentation will be done at the end of the meet
