| Running Events: Three Heats – Top 2 from each heat and next 2 best times | |||||||||

| Field Events: AAA Girls & boys will have a six attempt final in field events. | |||||||||
| AAAA - Three preliminary attempts for each entry. Top 9 go to finals for 3 more attempts except for high jump and pole vault. | |||||||||
