Gate opens at 8am. Coaches Meeting at 9am. Events Start at 9:30 am

$50 entry fee per gender. $100 per school with both boys and girls teams. Make checks payable to Augusta Eagles Track and Field and bring to the meet with you.

Entry limits: 4 individual (run: field any combination 3:1, 2:2, 1:3) and 2 relays per athlete.  A and B team relays may be entered.

Entries close 14 April at Midnight. Entries must be in by this time to allow for meet preparation.

Concessions will be available. Entry and parking are free for spectators. Park in the lot on the home (north) side of stadium. 

Pole vaulters  will vault in the state meet. There is no region pole vault.

No spikes longer than 1/4 inch. Only the home stands will be used. Tents can be set up on the upper half. There are some grass areas outside the track for tent placement. No spectators will be allowed on the infield. 

BRING YOUR OWN STARTING BLOCKS. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE FACILITY

9:20 AM - Opening Ceremonies:

All teams should congregate on the track near the finish line.

9:30 AM - Session One:

3200 meter Run - HS Girls/HS Boys

Girls High Jump

Girls Shot Put

Session Two:

300m Hurdles - Girls followed by boys

Awards:   Top 2 Teams Girls & Boys. Top 3 individuals each event. High point individual Girl and Boy.

Qualifiers: The top 8 finishers in each event that have met the minimum standards for that event will advance to the State Finals Meet. GICAA will notify all coaches of the athletes advancing after all region meets have been completed.

Track: Polyurethane/ 8 Lanes

REMINDER: Since this meet is the regional state qualifier, GICAA uniform policies will be enforced: NO jewelry (except for medical alerts), no hats/visors, no sunglasses (unless they're prescription). Ladies' hair accessories must either be uniform or neutral colors.

Also, uniforms worn by relay team members must match. Undergarments must be uniform in color.
