Come and join us for a quick Friday night meet at Banks County High School. This will be a great opportunity to get in one more performance before region championship week. Come and run your top athletes to get them primed for the championship season.

Entry Standards (16 Events):
Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event (3 in the 3200 and 1600) and 2 relay per gender
All entries must be completed by 4/10/2019 by 11:59pm
No changes after the deadline - (NO RESEEDING)
Heat sheets sent out on Friday morning (copies at coaches meeting)
Shot, Discus, Long, and Triple will all get 3 attempts.
Pole vault and high jump opening heights will be established once the entries have been received.
Waterfall start for the 1600 and 3200
Entry Fee:
$125.00 for boys and girls teams ($70.00 for one team)

Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd in events, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in team scores (boys/girls)
All races will be run as finals by time
Schedule: We will have a rolling schedule. If we get ahead, we will stay ahead.
