      MS Regulations:100 meter Hurdles (30" girls, 33" boys) | High Jump height will start at 3' 6" | Discus (1k girls and boys) | Shot Put (4k) | Pole vault will start at lowest entered height

      HS Regulations:100 meter Hurdles (33'' girls), 110 meter Hurdles (39'' boys) | High Jump height for girls will start at 4' 0" and height for boys start at 5'0" | Discus (2 lbs. 3.274 oz. girls & 3 lbs., 8.438 oz. boys) | Shot Put (8 lbs 13 oz. girls & 12 lbs. boys) | Pole vault for girls will start at 5'0" and for the boys start at 7'0".

      Facilities:Concessions will be provided at this event.  The bathrooms are located in the bottom of the press-box. Teams will be allowed to set up their team tents in the stadium seating area (upper designated rows only), on the concrete at the top of stadium and in front of the press-box, in the grass area (outside of the fence on home side), and in the visitors stadium seating area. TCS & CCA will have a separate designated area for their team tents based on being the host of this event.  

      Hospitality:  All head and assistant coaches, officials, and parent volunteers will have access to the hospitality room located in the HS Auditorium.  In order to receive a meal, each individual will be required to present their meal voucher to the volunteer serving at this location. This room will be sponsored by BSN Sports, offering both breakfast and lunch.  

      USATF Starter:  USATF will be providing a certified starter for this event.  Arlena Epps will serve as the official starter. Bud Ramsey will serve as the Recall (back-up starter).

      Fully Automatic Timing:  Exact Timing will serve as the official timing group.  We will have FAT timing with a digital board showing results after each running and relay event.  Live results will be available as well (

      Meet Announcer:  We will provide a meet announcer for this event. He/she will make important announcements before, during, and at the end of the meet, including continuous event calls.  

      Check-in Table:  Student athletes are reminded to immediately report to their designated check-in venue once they hear the 1st call.  If participating in a field event, immediately report to the venue where the event is located for check in. Athletes who compete in running and relay events will report to the designated check-in table to sign in with the clerk, to receive a number sticker, indicating the heat and lane assignment. For relay events, only the anchor is asked to check-in team.  There will be 2 check-in tables at this event (MS/HS Girls table and MS\HS Boys table). The check-in tables and tents will be located near the end zone in front of the high jump mat. The infield is designated for warming up (15-20 minutes before 1st call) and or for cooling down at the conclusion of an event is complete (first 15 minutes after event). Athletes are able to use hurdles for warm-ups, but are strongly reminded to place this equipment back where it was first found.

      Scratch Meeting: NO ADDITIONSto your entries.  At the scratch meeting, we will review each event in detail that is included in the meet program as you have the option to make free substitutions during the meet.  We are unable to change the names after you send in your entry as they are final.  If making a change at the event, simply have an athlete run in the place of the entered athlete.  

      Uniforms/Jewelry: We will follow the NFHS uniform rules (GHSA uniform rules). If a student athlete is wearing a bracelet or item of jewelry for religious reasons, please provide a note and have the Head Coach discuss these details during the scratch meeting.

      Heats/Trials: Heats will be run as a final against the clock, with no prelims for this event.  There will be 3 trials in the long and triple, shot and discus. At the high jump and pole vault, participants have up to 3 attempts at the designated height.  

      Scoring: The top eight places in individual and relay events will be scored at this meet: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

      Medals/Trophies:Teams scoring the most points overall in each division (MS/HS) during the full meet in all combined events will be recognized the team champion, receiving the 1st place trophy.  Teams who finish in 2nd place overall will also be awarded the runner-up trophy. Student athletes who finish in first place in individual & relay events will each be awarded a medal.  Participants in both individual and relay events who finish in 2nd or 3rd place, will receive ribbons based on overall performances.

      Big Peach Running Company:

      Big Peach On Wheels will be on campus for the event!  Big Peach will offer shoe fitting analysis and running shoes! The shoes and gear are also available for all individuals in other sports or if you simply run for a passion.
