(*PLEASE NOTE: We had to change the venue to Dellinger Park because Tellus Science Museum had a last-minute conflict. We have designed a SPECTATOR-FRIENDLY COURSE at Dellinger and you are going to love it!)

7:45am H.S. Varsity Girls 5K (Top 7 Runners)

8:30am H.S. Varsity Boys 5K (Top 7 Runners)

9:00am OPEN 5K Race (H.S. Boys/Girls combined; Community Race)

10:00am Middle School Varsity Girls 2 Mi. (Top 7 Runners)

10:30am Middle School Varsity Boys 2 Mi. (Top 7 Runners)

10:50am Middle School J.V. Boys/Girls combined 2 Mi.



Awards
:

HS & MS Varsity Races: Top 3 teams (B&G); Top 20 individuals in each race

HS & MS J.V. Races/ Open Race: Top 10 individuals (B&G)

In addition to a medal, individual winners will earn a victory wreath, Phiddipides-style.



Entry Fee
:

This is a professionally chip-timed race. Fees reflect this advantage.



$75 Boys Team (7 varsity runners + 10 JV runners; * Add $5 per runner beyond that)

$75 Girls Team (7 varsity runners + 10 JV runners; * Add $5 per runner beyond that)

$10 Community Runner/Unattached Runner fee (Note: Coaches run for free!)

: We are looking for 15-20 teams. We will cap the race at 20 teams. Be sure to secure your spot soon!

For the OPEN/Community race, we encourage coaches, parents, and community runners looking for an off-road experience to participate, so different than your Sat. morning road race.

Course: Winding through the breathtakingly scenic grounds of Tellus Science Museum, this course is not only a mixture of manicured grass and wooded, hard-packed-dirt trail but also can be viewed by spectators for well over 50% of the race! Less than 1% is on pavement.

T-Shirts: Customized T-Shirts & Shaved Ice (Yummy!) will be available for purchase.



Parking
is Free. Donations to the Cartersville Cross Country program will gladly be accepted, however.
