Friday night region prep meet so your athletes can rest the weekend before region.
This meet will also be the Eagle's Landing Senior Night.
Entry fee - $75 per gender or $125 for boys and girls
Enter 4 athletes per lane event, 5 athletes for the 800/1600/3200, 3 athletes per field event
Enter 2 relays per relay event.
Coach's Hospitality provided by Outback Steakhouse
Eagle's Landing personal will run all field events. You coach your athletes.
Meet Schedule:
The meet will begin at 4:30.
4:30 First round of field events - boys long jump, girls triple jump, boys high jump, girls shot put, boys discus, all pole vault
4:45 Sprint Medley Relay (200, 200, 400, 800) girls before boys
5:00 4 x 800m relay (girls before boys)
5:30 Second round of field events - girls long jump, boys triple jump, girls high jump, boys shot put, girls discus
5:45 300m hurdles, girls before boys
6:25 Senior Night
6:40 Begin rolling schedule - 4 x 100m relay, 1600m run, 400m dash, 100m dash, 100/110m hurdles, 800m run, 200m dash, 4 x 200m relay, 4 x 400m relay
