DEKALB COUNTRY REGULAR SEASON WEEKLY CROSS COUNTRY MEETS
ONLY DEKALB COUNTY SCHOOLS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THESE MEETS AND COACHES HAVE BEEN ISSUED A PASSWORD TO ENTER ONLINE
Enter you entire roster (JV & Varsity) for participation in the DeKalb County weekly Cross Country Meets*. There will be a one-time online entry process. You will not enter every week on MileSplit. Athletes will be assigned a shoe chip tag and matching bib number to be worn at all six meets.
*Only Boys & Girls 5K races are listed on MileSplit. However, all you need to do is enter your entire roster under the 5K races and JV athletes can still run the 2-mile races at the meets (they do not need to be entered in a 2-mile race on MileSplit).
ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE THURSDAY, AUGUST 17, 2017, AT 11:59pm (almost midnight)
Coaches will be issued team packet at the first meet that will contain team rosters, shoe chip tags, bib numbers, pins and cable ties. Coaches will issue athletes shoe chip tags and matching bib numbers, collect them after each meet and return the team packet to Exact Timing for inventory before the next meet.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Replacement shoe chip tags/bib numbers for damaged/missing items = $10 each
Re-assign an existing shoe chip tag/bib number = $5 each
Register an new athlete for a shoe chip tag/bib number = $5 each
Issued incorrect shoe chip tag/bib number at meet and need results changed = $5 each
