We are excited to bring you the 2017 at&t Starr's Mill Panther XC Meet.

You can count on another strong XC meet this year:

A Fast course, strong fields, spectator friendly, and well managed to keep the meet on track.

We are excited to Announce that Marielle Hall, 2016 USA Olympian in the women's 10K will be this year's invited athlete. She will be at meet signing auto graphs, taking pictures with teams, and handing out awards. She will be at the team dinner the night before. All teams are welcome

Schedule of races:
6:30 am Packet Pick-up Opens and Course Open for Warm-ups
7:50 am Course Closes for Warm-ups
8:00 am Varsity Girls (10 runners)
8:30 am Varsity Boys (10 runners)
9:00 am JV Girls (unlimited)
9:30 am JV Boys (unlimited)
10:00 am Freshman Boys and Girls (run together, scored & awarded separately)
10:30 am Middle School Girls -3000m
10:50 am Middle School Boys - 3000m
11:15 am Awards (we should be done by 12:15pm)

Timing:
The Perfect Timing Group is the timing company for this XC meet. Each athlete will have a race number and a shoe chip. We will remove the shoe chip before they leave the finish chute. All shoe chips not returned will be charged to the school of the runner. Results will be posted on www.ga.milesplit.com and www.ptgrouponline.com later on Saturday.

***All runners must be register online to receive shoe chips. No shoe chip = No official time.

Entry Fee:
$150.00 entry fee- High School boy's team only
$150.00 entry fee- High School girl's team only
$250.00 entry fee- High School boys and girls together

If your Middle School is a separate program from the high school program (separate coach, separate practices, separate mile split listing) the following are your entry fees:
$150.00 entry fee- Middle School boy's team only
$150.00 entry fee- Middle School girl's team only
$250.00 entry fee- Middle School boys and girls together
$20 per individual competing in the middle school race (if you don't have enough for a team)

Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners

JV Races
Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners
Team Trophy for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams
Team Medals for each JV runner on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams (limited to the top 10 runners)

Freshman Race
Individual Medals for the Top 10 runners

3K Middle School Race
Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners

Course markers every 200m on the course + additional Clock at the 1 mile marker
Finish Chute and large clock at the line

Elite Athlete Tent for autographs
Marielle Hall will be available at the tent to sign autographs and take pictures throughout the morning.

Courtesy Rules:
If you have an athlete cannot run faster than 30 minutes in the VARSITY race, you should put them in the JV race.
If your athlete must stop to walk during the race, we will ask them to step off the course and not finish.
We will stop the automatic timing at 30 minutes. If you have an athlete running slower than 30 minutes, they will not get placed in the results and the coach will need to secure their time.
For the Freshman and middle school Races, we will run the clock for a few additional minutes.
