Race Instructions: The varsity races are divided up to where we will have about 23 to 24 teams in each varsity race. I have tried to accommodate schools with a farther distance to travel by putting them in the 2nd race. Each school may only run in one varsity race. You can run 10 runners in the varsity races.

Race Numbers and Chips: This race will be chipped timed by The Perfect Timing Group. Any runners that are not running turn in the chips to packet pick up or to the timing tent. Schools will be charged for not turning in chips. Have your athletes check to see that chips are secured to their shoes before the race. They should be able to pull on them and not come off. Make sure to hand out the numbers and chips according to the roster so that results are accurate

Tents: Tents can be dropped off at the end of the road. No one will be permitted onto the field with a car unless they are part of meet management.
