4:30 PM disc (b/g), LJ (b/g), shot (g/b), HJ (g,b)
4:45 PM 3200m
5:00 PM 4x100, 1600m, 400m, 100m, 100/110 hurdles, 800m, 200m, 300 hurdles, 4x400m
Event limits:
The 100, 200, and 400 will be limited to 12 per team (boys & girls), and the relays to 3 per team (boys & girls) Also, I ask that you follow standard rules (state championship meet guidelines) about the number/type of events any one athlete can compete in.
Help - we are asking visiting teams to completely staff & run in the following areas:
Medallions will be given to the top two finishers in each race. Trophies will be given to the top two schools.
