COACHES - PLEASE NOTE: THE MEET WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 H.S. TEAMS.
*** DUE TO A LACK OF INTEREST FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS, ANY MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES MAY RUN IN JV RACES.
WE WILL ALLOW 7 H.S. VARSITY ENTRIES. (RACES 1 & 2).
Race Times:
(1) Varsity Boys: 8:45
(2) Varsity Girls: 9:20
(3) JV Boys: 10:00
(4) JV Girls: 10:40
Trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teams varsity races. Top 10 individuals will receive medals.
JV races will not be scored.
Entry Fees:
Entry fee is $50 per H.S. Varsity Girls' or Boys' team ($100 total for both).
Charge is $50 for M.S. Girls' or Boys' Teams ($100 if you're bringing both.)
Individual entries are welcome - individual entry fee is $10 per athlete. Individual entries must compete in appropriate race for age.
GISA and/or running clubs that are not GHSA members are welcome to enter the HS JV races (non-scored).
Make checks payable to "OCHS-Cross Country" for high school races, and put "OCMS-Cross Country" for middle school races.

Entry Deadline: September 25th at midnight.
Enter top 7 runners in varsity HS races, unlimited entries in JV races.
Course: With a little walking, runners are visible over approximately 3/4 of the course with great views of start and finish for spectators. Course is mostly flat, but with some short, challenging hills and a tunnel. Terrain varies and includes 95% grass, 5% asphalt. The course starts in the field behind our softball fields and end with a 1/2 lap around the track, finishing at the 50-yard line. Spectators are

Concessions: Food and drinks will be available.
Spectator Admission: A $5 entry fee will be charged for adults, $2 entry for students and children.
Parking: Parking for spectators is available in front of the stadium. Parking for buses is on the visitors side of the stadium.
