2015 BONNIE MATTOX INVITATIONAL AT MONROE AREA HS

DATE: Saturday April 4, 2015

ADMISSION FEE: $5.00 and 6 and under is free!

T-SHIRTS/CONCESSION: An invitational T-shirt will be sold. Concessions will be available throughout the meet.

Meet Fees Cost of Entry for Teams and Individual:
Entry Fee: $60.00 per gender team ($120.00 for boys and girls teams).

Payments: MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO Monroe Area Track & Field Booster Club:

Checks due by April 1st (NO APRIL FOOL's)

Entries are to be entered online at: ga.milesplit.com/meets. Click on green bottom upper right corner "Enter Online Now" You have until 9:00pm April 1, 2015 to enter, check and change. Instructions on setting up online entry:

Entry Limitations: 3 events per athlete (not including relays); 3 athletes per event per team for running and field event; 5 events maximum including relays;

Schools may enter only two (2) teams per relay event. There will be NO additions on meet day.

Electronic timing (FAT) provided by Fast Feet Timing will be used and the results will be posted as they become available by Bruce Taylor.

Packet Pick-up:
Heat Sheets will be available Saturday, April 4rd at 9:00 a.m. at the track in the hospitality room. There will be no additions made to the meet after Wednesday April 1st, 2014. We will only allow scratches on the day of the meet. Meet will start at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Parking:
Team buses must park in designated areas. There will be someone on site to help direct buses to the designated parking and drop off area. We will direct you to an area behind the school with your buses behind the stadium. You will be able to unload in that area behind the visitor stands. This does not mean you have to set up there. You are welcome to, but there are no restrooms located the visitor stands.

Scoring/Awards:
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (top 8 places).
Trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams in Both Boys and Girls Divisions.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event.

We will also award the High Point Boy/Girl finishers of the meet.

Coaches MUST pick up awards at the meet as it is expensive to ship them.
