ATHLETE ENTRY:
On-line entry at http://ga.milesplit.com until 11:59PM March 26, 2016. Each team is allowed 3 athletes per event and 2 teams per relay. Athletes may complete in 5 events under GHSA guidelines: max 3 individual total (2 individual running) and 2 relays.
This is a JV Championship Meet no athletes competing in the Varsity Region Meet will be allowed; no athlete ranked among their teams top two performers IN ANY EVENT accepted without prior written explanation to meet director STRICTLY ENFORCED.
BUS INFORMATON:
Please have your buses park in the school's parking lot. Do not allow them to park in the stadium parking.
EVENT SCORING:
FAT timing provided by Perfect Timing Group. 8 places will be scored in each event (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1). Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each open event, and the top 2 in each relay event. Awards will be packaged by school and can be picked up by a coach at the conclusion of the meet.
Field events will consist of 3 attempts with no finals. The 5-alive system will be used in High Jump and Pole Vault. Please turn in completed pole vault verification forms at the coaches meeting.
CHECK IN:
Check in for field events will be at the event. All athletes in running events must check in with the clerk underneath the home stands. Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands (home-side).
MEET INFORMATION:
Admission tickets will be $5/$3. Full concessions will be offered and Georgia Promotions will be on site offering Meet t-shirts.
