Please make checks payable to "Gilmer Bobcats CC Booster Club". Checks should be received by Friday, September 25th unless you have contacted Coach Rodney Thurman about hand delivering the check on race day.
Individual School Aged Runners are also welcome. $10 per entry for Middle School. $15 per entry in the High School events.

This is the schedule we will follow. We feel it will help the meet run smoothly.
Races will start promptly as scheduled:
Packet Pickup - 7:15am
Varsity Girls (Top 7 Runners) - 8:00 am
Varsity Boys (Top 7 Runners) - 8:45 am
JV Girls & JV Boys - 9:30 am
Middle School Girls 10:15 am
Middle School Boys 10:45 am
***Note: If there are less than 70 entries in a varsity event - We will combine the JV runners of that gender in an effort to speed up the event. This info will be sent via email in the days leading up to the race.

Race Day Information
* Race will take place at Clear Creek Middle School
* Team packet pick up at tent close to start/finish line.
* Boxes will be pre-drawn and written on the packet. (New! Start and finish line will be same location this year in the high school events).
* T-shirts and concessions will be available for purchase.
* All team tents can be set up on the practice football field at the start line.
* The school parking lots will be used by both buses and parents.
* There will NOT be a spectator fee to attend. Glad to have them! :)
