Meet Information
22nd Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational to be held at Greenwood Plantation 4340 Hwy 84 West Thomasville, GA. The meet will be hosted on Saturday, October 25th, 2014 for Varsity boys and girls as well as middle school boys and girls. Varsity girls will begin at 9:00am with the Varsity boys immediately following at 9:45am. The middle school race will begin as soon as the varsity boys race has finished.
Entry fees are $50 for Varsity girls and $50 for Varsity boys. If you are entering both a Varsity boys and Varsity girls team, the fee will be reduced to $90. Entry deadline will be Wednesday, October 21th, 2014. Please email any questions regarding the race to aolson@thomas.k12.ga.us. Make all checks payable to TCCHS Cross Country. Registration will be online at ga.milesplit.com.
Team trophies will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each Varsity race and the top middle school team. Individual medals will be awarded to the top 10 finishers in each Varsity race. The top 5 individuals in each middle school race will receive a medal.
Team packets may be picked up at the scorers table upon your teams arrival to the meet.
For directions to Greenwood Plantation, simply send me an email and I will be more than happy to get them to you.
There will be a t-shirt vendor there, so please let your runners/parents know.
