8-AAA East Jackson Boys Cruise, Hart Girls Nip Oconee

Region 8-AAA got this week's action started at Lamar Murphy Park. I had to ask someone was this early September as it got hot and humid on the mostly wide open grass course. Hart County's Girls had to fight to beat Oconee County by 5 points. East Jackson's boys hunted down race leader Michael Hans as the foursome battled the entire race down to the finish line.
