Lion Relays Important Information
Trinity Christian School out of Sharpsburg will be hosting the 2nd Annual Lion Relays on Saturday, March 1st. The Trinity Lions T&F varsity program is in GISA class AAA. All varsity programs that are private school independent (not including GHSA), have the ability to participate in home meets hosted by Trinity Christian.
We will have FAT timing and a digital board with race results. This will be a "running" and "relay" event only. Both MS and HS teams will participate in this event!!

Entry Information
3 entries for the 200 meter dash and relays
**Not including the following events**

Attending the Lion Relays
Make sure to select the "Entered" Key if you are attending. "Online Registration" is open for both Middle School and Varsity teams. The registration process will be used for all teams to designate lane assignments and allow proper structure for the meet.
Volunteers All Teams are asked to provide 2-4 coaches and volunteers to assist in working the meet. It's very important each volunteer is available to serve as officials and clerks or where needed in order for the meet to be organized and ran effectively.
Entry Fees
There is no "entry fee" for teams who are participating in the Lion Relays. There will be a gate fee charged for each individual attending the meet who is not a coach or athlete.
Transportation
All teams who are provided transportation from a school bus or van are asked to use the asphalt parking lot only. This parking lot is located in between both fields and at the bottom of the hill that leads to the gate access at Riley Field. Please do not use the upper parking lot.

-11:05 a.m.:
*Open Track for warm-ups
-11:35 a.m.
*Coaches Meeting -> Meet at the Start Line
*Discuss the meet in detail, including sportsmanship and coaching duties.
-11:45 a.m.
*All athletes and coaches meet at the Starting line for a "TEAM Huddle" and pre-meet Prayer
-11:50 a.m.
*1st Call MS Girls 4 x 100 Meter Relay
-11:55 a.m.
*2nd Call MS Girls 4 x 100 Meter Relay
*1st Call MS Boys 4 x 100 Meter Relay
-12:00 p.m.
*3rd and Final Call - MS Girls 4 x 100 Meter Relay
*2nd Call - MS Boys 4 x 100 Meter Relay
*All coaches and volunteers report to their exchange zones.

* 100 Meter Dash: 6 entries per team (Varsity Event Only)
