Meet Information
Please review the following information about the Region 4AAA cross country meet November 2, 2013.
COURSE: 3.1 miles. The course will be one small loop and two large loops. Most of the race is in the woods. This is a very technical course that is both challenging and fun. (see attached course map below)
AWARDS: Medals and ribbons will be awarded at the end of each race. Team trophy at the end of the event.
RACE SCHEDULE:
Packet pickup and warm up 8:00AM
Varsity Girls 9:00 7 Runners
Varsity Boys 9:30 7 Runners
JV Boys and Girls 10:00 Remainder of roster
TIMING: Timing will be done by Central High School Volunteers using Race Tab software and a back up timer. There will be a scoreboard on the football field where the race finishes for spectators to view race time.
PARKING: Busses and cars will be parked at the middle school as will cars. ( see attached course map). There is a $5 dollar charge for cars.
CONCESSIONS: There will be Chic-Fil-A biscuits, Poweraid, water, coffee, and other concessions on site.
