Located in The Rock, Georgia, is a 1250-acre cattle ranch, owned by Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy. The purpose of The Rock Ranch is "uniting families with the land and each other." The course transports runners across scenic countryside with moderate levels of terrain and elevation. As the name suggests, there are many large granite rocks along the course. The challenging course at The Rock Ranch is a 5k loop across "real" country. This meet has grown a bit every Fall as central Ga schools have began flocking to it, as well as Mid-State, Warner Robins Invite, Run Wild and meets hosted by Bleckley County.
