GENERAL INFORMATION

ADMISSION
Admission will be $4.00

AWARDS
Medals will be awarded to 1st and ribbons for 2nd through 6th place.

CLERKING
All Athletes must check in with the clerk by second call. Athletes are asked to stay in that area until they are escorted to their designated areas.

CONCESSION
A concession will be available to purchase items.

ELIGIBILITY
GHSA rules apply. All athletes must compete for their school and in their school issued uniform. No jewelry.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS
All events will be limited to 2 athletes per school, unless otherwise noted.
Athletes may compete in 5 events under GHSA guidelines.
Both Relays and any (1) of the combinations listed below:
1. Three(3) field events
2. Two (2) field events and one (1) running event
3. One (1) field event and two (2) or one(1) running events.

Each school may enter two relay teams (A & B) and two athletes per event. There will not be any heats not scored.

ENTRY TIME TABLE

EVENT SEEDING
Field events will be seeded from worst to best. Running events sections will be seeded based on times sent in. Please send accurate times.

FACILITY
8 lane all weather surface with 1 long jump triple jump pits and high jump area. Absolutely no athletes should be on the infield unless directed to stage there.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Only two athletes per school will be allowed to enter in an individual event for scoring purposes.

PARKING
Buses will be allowed to park in the parking lot above the football field. All cars must park in the lower parking lot.

PACKET PICK-UP
Packets will be available upon arrival at 8:30 a.m.

SCRATCH MEETING
There will be a scratch meeting with all coaches on the day of the event. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPONLY SCRATCHES!! Please submit any changes via email no later than Thursday, April 11th at 11:59 pm. All changes submitted by that time will be honored. Please list two alternates for relay teams on initial entry. The Scratch Meeting will start at 8:30 am in the field house which is located near the entrance of the stadium. All entries must be submitted online.

OPENING CEREMONY/ PARADE OF ATHLETES
All teams are asked to bring a school banner or poster to display during the Opening Ceremonies in the
Parade of Athletes All contestants are invited and encouraged to participate in the parade as they walk around the track as a team.

TIMES and SCORING
Official times and scoring will be done electronically through Fast Feet Timing.

UNIFORM
Athletes must compete in the school issued uniform in compliance with GHSA rules. No JEWELRY!!

WARM-UP
Athletes will be able to warm up on the field behind the stadium or in the designated area on the in-field.
Chalk will be provided for relays DO NOT BRING/USE TAPE.
