Note that these instructions are on the US Portal and you will have to return to your state site to actually find your team and enter the meet.
Middle School teams with athletes between the ages of 12-14 are invited to participate. This will be a unique, exciting event whereas, as the meet name implies, several relay events will be contested. The events will be the sprint medley relay (100, 100, 200, 400), distance medley relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600), 4x200, 4x800, 4x100, 4x400, and the shuttle hurdles relay. All field events will be scored on an individual basis.
The girls and boys pole vault will lead off the events with a 9:15 am sharp starting time. Opening height for girls is 6-6 and boys wil be 7-0. All other field events will start at 10:00 am sharp. Girls events and heats will precede boys.
Perimeter Christian Middle School has a unique 200 meter, six lane, rubber surface, banked outdoor track. Runners get the great experience of indoor track racing strategies on an outdoor track. A separate 8 lane 110 meter straight away is used for sprint and hurdle events. The meet will use F.A.T. timing by Fast Feet Timing Services.
Commemorative t-shirts will be on sale. Concession stand on premises which will have pizza, sandwiches, drinks, chips, and much more. Team trophies given to top three teams in each boys and girls category and individual medals given to the top three finishers and individual ribbons given to 4th-6th places in each field event. Medals will be given to each relay member in top three teams.
There is a $150 entry fee per team. A team with boys and girls counts as one team.
Individuals can compete in a maximum of two field events and a maximum of 3 relay events for a total of 5 events maximum. That is the only combination allowed.
Each school can register one relay team per running event and 2 individuals per field event.

9:15 pole vault
10:00 LJ, HJ, Discus, Shot...*TJ will follow LJ at app. 11:15
11:30 shuttle hurdle relay: hurdles girls 30", boys 36"
20 minute break to move FAT timing system from straight away to oval
Remaining events will continue in following order on a rolling schedule:
4x100
distance medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
sprint medley ( 100, 100, 200, 400)
4x200
4x800
4x400
