Coaches,
The Track & Field staff at Milton High School would like to invite your team to participate in the 2012 North Georgia JV Challenge at Milton High School. The event is scheduled to take place on March 20, 2013. Looking forward to seeing our younger athletes compete!!!

TEAM ENTRY FEES:
Boys: $75/Girls: $75/Both: $125. Checks should be made out to Milton Track & Field. Entry fees are due by March 18, 2012.

ATHLETE ENTRY:
On-line entry will be utilized by accessing the entry system on www.gatfxc.com.
The password for meet entry will be emailed to you.

All entries must be submitted on-line no later than March 18, 2012 by midnight.

EVENT ENTRY:
Each team will be allowed two entries per open running event. Each team will only be allowed one relay team per relay event. Each team will be allowed three entries per field event.

Athletes may compete in 5 events under the GHSA guidelines. All Coaches should follow GHSA rules and have their athletes entered in the appropriate number of open and relay events.

EVENT SCORING:
8 places will be scored in each event (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1). Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each open event, and the top 2 in each relay event.

Field events will consist of 4 attempts with no finals. The 5 alive system will be used in High Jump.

TIMING:
All running events will be FAT. The Perfect Timing Group will be handling timing.

ATHLETE WARM-UP:
The track will be open for warm-ups up until final call is made for the first running event of the day. A warm-up area will be roped off on the infield of the track for athletes to use once competition has started.

All field event athletes will be given a warm-up period prior to the start of their event. No field event athlete is permitted to begin warm-ups without a meet official present.

MEET MANAGEMENT:
In an effort to provide the best experience for your team, Milton Track & Field has contracted USA T&F Officials to assist with the meet. Although volunteer assistance will be in place, majority of the events will be run by certified officials.

MEMORIBILIA AND CONCESSIONS:
Eagle Sportz will have a representative on-site to sell customized t-shirts for interested athletes and coaches.

There will also be a full concession stand opened.
