SPRAYBERRY RELAYS INFORMATION SATURDAY FEBRUARY 25, 2012  Entries are to be entered online. Entry fee is 150.00 per school or 75.00 per team (boys/girls). Please send Checks made out to: Sprayberry High School Track Booster Club Please send payment to Sprayberry High School c/o Brett Vavra 2525 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA 30066 Entry fees are due Thursday, February 23. Entry fees not paid prior to the meet will default their entries.  Entry Deadline: You have until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday February 22, 2012 to enter, check and change. Make sure you enter the events you want to enter: http://ga.milesplit.com/meets/107297/  There will be NO additions on meet day.  Entry Limitations: 5 event, but no more than 2 individual. School may enter only one (1) team per relay event. School may enter two athletes per individual event. FIELD EVENTS - Every contestant in the Shot, Discus, Long jump and Triple jump will Be given 3 attempts. No Finals!  Finish Lynx timing by The Slipstream Timing & Meet Management will be used and the results will be posted as they become available. All timed events are finals  Medals will be given for places 1-3 in all events. Awards will be packaged by school and are to be picked up by a coach at the conclusion of the meet.  SCORING: all events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1  Trophies for Championship and Runner-up Teams  . Coaches are to pick up packets in the hospitality room ( Ticket Booth ) beginning @ 7:45am. Coaches Meeting @ 8:00am.upon arrival.  Any mistakes must be corrected by 8:30am. No additions on day of meet.  Hospitality room is located in the Ticket Booth and is restricted to coaches and officials Only.  GATE FEE : $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students and children.  Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.  No coaches allowed on infield during running. Athletes are to report to the clerk on first call.  Field event implements will be weighed-in beginning at 8:15.  Minimum measured distances and starting heights.
