Phone optimized view on laptop

Running windows 10, google chrome 76. On a laptop the screen view looks like the phone optimized view which leaves parts of the screen inaccessible. Screen looks fine on the milesplit usa and florida sites. Just started looking funky this weekend

@Sgriff2861 I am not seeing an issue myself on Windows 10 using Chrome 76. However, I can *force* the (same?) behavior by pressing F12 in the browser (while viewing ga.milesplit.com) and clicking the "Toggle Device Toolbar" icon.
