Boys long jump looks to be an extremely competitive event yet again at the Coaches Invitational in 2012.  This yea’rs field consists of 5 jumpers over 22 feet.  However, one young man, Cameron Luper from Auburn High School, has separated himself from the pack with a personal best of 23' 10.75" hoping to eclipse the elite 24' mark this weekend.  You will also not want to miss this event, as 3 of the top 5 jumpers duking it out (Myles Everett, Pope/Michael Newton, Sprayberry/Devon Williams, Kell), are from the same County and each have a chance of going over 23'!  Should be a great battle as each young man will be also looking to gain the upper hand for next week’s Cobb County Championships!
