My PR's so far are 13.91 in the 110mh 36.55 in the 300mh and 52.39 in the 400mh
What are your college plans, if you have them figured out?
I plan to run at East Carolina University on a division 1 level
What's your most memorable race or race you're most proud of?
My most memorable race and the race I'm most proud of is when I ran my 300mh pr during the state prelims in 2025
What has been your biggest challenge in high school or what has been the hardest obstacle to overcome?
The biggest challenge I had to overcome is being under so much pressure this season having to uphold a state champion title
What is your typical warm up routine and/or weight room routine like?
My warm is very fast and aggressive especially with hurdle drills and hurdle mobility
What do you think is the biggest part of training that has helped you achieve success?
Training with my teammates Jaida and Sam definitely pushed and help me grow and get better
What is your all time favorite workout?
Any workout that's dealing with the 400mh
What is your least favorite or hardest workout?
My hardest workout is a 400 the hard way which consists of running 50 meters and jogging back to the line and going up by 50 every time you run back
Who do you have to thank for your success?
I have to thank first god but most definitely all my coaches at Langston Hughes they are the start and a huge part of my success
Who do you look up to the most in your event?
On the 400-hurdle side I look up to Sydney Mclauglin-levrone and on the 110 side I look up to Jakobe tharpe
What gets you pumped up for a training session or race?
A prayer will Definitely get me ready for a race
What is your favorite food and/or movie and/or TV show and/or song?
My favorite food is Shrimp Alfredo, my favorite movie is Rio, and my favorite song is Spread Thin by Mariah the Scientist
What will you miss the most about high school?
I will mostly miss my Highschool coaches and just training with the team I've been with since sophomore year
What advice would you give your younger self?
First I would tell my younger self to get into track earlier but also to just take it serious and not to play around with high school take your grades serious
