Justin Oliver runs nations number one 400m time at Taco Bell

The Redan Boys took top honors at the Taco Bell Classic Saturday. Justin Oliver helped the effort with his nation leading 46.75 effort in the 400m and 21.68 effort in the 200m. The boys also set meet records in the 4x400m with their time of 3:15.74 and the 4x100 with their time of 41.29. Franklin County finished 4th in the team rankings as Matt Heaton won the high jump with a 6\'6\" effort, Keelan Knox took 3rd in both the 110 and 400m hurdles and Cameron Cheek and Casey Herndon went 2-3 in the pole vault. Tavares Washington of Bainbridge continues to run well placing 1st in the 400 hurdles and 2nd in the 110\'s with a time of 14.43. after a 14.39 effort in the prelims. Patrick Riley, also of Bainbridge posted the states leading effort in the triple jump with a leap of 47\'8.25\" and Jordan Scott, currently number two in the nation in the vault, took home the gold with a 15\'6\" effort.
