Mackenzie Howe supplement

KENNESAW, Ga. -  The Kennesaw State men’s and women’s cross country program was featured in the September issue of Running Times magazine. The story chronicles the growth of the program from its inception and their road to current success.

Providing a glimpse into the 2009 seasons of both squads, the story showcases the men’s first Atlantic Sun Conference championship, while shining light on Mackenzie Howe and her 18th place finish at the NCAA South Region Championship. Also highlighted is the program’s rise from a budget of only $8,000 a year to now competing at the NCAA Division I level.

Also included in the online-only edition of the issue is a supplementary section on Howe and her push for qualifying for the NCAA Championship.
