What is your PR in XC so far?

What are your college plans, if you have them figured out?
I will be attending Liberty University.
What's your most memorable race or race you're most proud of?
2024 Footlocker South when I qualified for Nationals
What is your favorite meet in cross country season and why?
State Championship because I like the course.
What has been your biggest challenge in high school or what has been the hardest obstacle to overcome?
Overcoming the expectations I put on myself early on and understanding that development takes time.
What is your daily/weekly mileage like?
80-85 miles
What do you think is the biggest part of training that has helped you achieve success?
Consistent high mileage and always running my easy runs easy. On easy days I run 7:45-8:00 minute pace
What is your all time favorite workout?
1K repeats in middle school
What is your least favorite or hardest workout?
I don't have a least favorite workout
Who do you have to thank for your success? God, coaches, chiropractor, parents
Who do you look up to the most in your event?
Andrew Brown
What gets you pumped up for a workout or race?
IDK, I'm more of a nonchalant kinda guy.
What is your favorite food and/or movie and/or TV show and/or song?
Favorite TV show-Breaking Bad Favorite food-rice and beans
What will you miss the most about high school?
My coaches and teammates.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Don't get hung up on the day to day. Stay focused on your long term goals.
