Power rankings are fun. We only score 8 in track and field, but the beauty of doing power rankings is that it can highlight the depth that a team has as well, which is important in pursuing team titles as you need as many potential scorers as you can get. And you also need depth to field relay teams. So while no ranking will ever be a perfect way to determine who the best team in the state is, power rankings are a good way to give you idea of what every team is working with. These power rankings score through 20 athletes to highlight team depth.
