Sumner running a nation leading indoor 400m in 47.69
In case you missed it while enjoying the holidays with family and friends, Will Sumner of Woodstock was lighting up the track. Early in the break he went to Birmingham to run a US #1 in the 400m of 47.69s. At that same meet he followed it up with a 21.66 in the 200m which is #2 in the nation. then two weeks later he returned on New Year's Eve to run a US #1 in the 800m with a time of 1:52.38. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm pumped to see what he can do this year!
