Watch list: Brookwood, Marist, Lambert, Richmond Hill, Whitfield, Pace

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Mill Creek boys remain All-Class #1 after edging out Decatur by 6 points at ASICS. The Bulldogs hold onto their #2 spot but have certainly closed the gap. We look forward to seeing one last head-to-head battle between these two at Coach Wood. Marietta stays at third, but could easily make a case for the top spot, following a solid showing at Great American.

West Forsyth's squad also moves up into the fray with an impressive 3rd at ASICS. But the Denmark boys are right behind them. The Danes continue their all-out assault on the second half of the season, from unranked a few weeks ago to All-Class #5. Roswell sticks around at #6. The 7A State Meet is shaping up to be an absolute dog fight for the podium.

In other news, the Westminster boys trot into the top 10 following a strong team effort at Wingfoot (3rd overall) and a Victory at the Wendy's Invitational. Blessed Trinity, St. Pius, and Harrison are also sticking around as major contenders. But several others lurk nearby. Time will tell who is able to pull it together when it counts.

We look forward to watching the field take shape heading into Region races and the State Meet.
