Past Decade Top Sprinters Contest Winners & Boys Jumps

Alexa Rossum

2019 Buford grad Alexa Rossum (now at Stanford) emerged victorious in 'Who was the Top Girls Sprinter of the Past Decade' contest. Rossum accumulated nearly 800 votes outpacing #13 seed Tamdra Lawrence formerly of Westside Macon. Alexa moves on to the next level to determine who was the top girls overall athlete of the past decade.

Javaughn Moore

Javaughn Moore was a surprise winner on the top boys sprinter contest getting more votes than Ryan Clark. Moore had a lot of support collecting 1160 votes. The 2018 Wheeler grad has been a star in 'Larry Bird Land', otherwise known as Indiana State.

Cameron Murray

Murray easily won every matchup in his bracket garnering a ton of support from a loyal Westlake HS fanbase. He began as a #7 seed, but was unstoppable. The 2018 grad is currently at Tennessee in Knoxville and competing very well on the next level. Since he will be moving on to the top overall contest, he will not be eligible to be in the top boys hurdler event.

The top girl's jumper of the past decade will move on to the final 4 Saturday evening and the boys and girls top hurdler contest will begin soon. Please vote on every matchup and honor the athlete in each matchup you believe should move on to the next round.
