This year's AAA meet will be very exciting! The forecast calls for mud and AAA will be the 5th and 6th races of the day out of 14 so it will be sloppy, but not as bad as later in the afternoon. When there's this much on the line, nobody cares about the weather, it's GAME ON!! Congratulations to all AAA State qualifiers and good luck on Saturday.
Blessed Trinity hopes to repeat as State Champs 11-7
AAA Boys Team - The boys team race will be a very exciting one to watch! Blessed Trinity is the favorite here with Westminster and Oconee chasing. East Jackson has huge potential because of their front runners, but the pack will decide how well they do as a team. Jefferson has a real podium shot, but they would have to really pack it in 1-5 way in front of the East Jackson guys. Coahulla Creek, Jackson County, Savannah Arts, Dawson, and Banks will go at it to figure out the order of this year's top 10. If Savannah Arts has found a spot to do some hillwork they could do well.

Boys Individual- The boys individual race looks like Chase and Chandler Kennedy of East Jackson, with a strong challenge from 800/1600m State Champ Sam Ellis of Decatur. Michael Hans of Oconee along with teammate Isaac Krumm should also be within striking distance of the leaders with the Blessed Trinity and Westminster packs likely to put guys on the top 10 podium. Ben McCoy and Robby Gipson lead the Titans attack that comes in tight 1-5. Jacob Poston of Dawson and Addison Cochran of Jefferson also have a good shot at hardware. Jack Powers and Clare Draper of Westminster could be up there as well.
