Candace Hill, the sophomore from Rockdale County High School in Georgia, who last year as a 9th grader won New Balance National titles in both the 100 and 200, was storming down the homestretch again this past weekend at the Mobile Challenge of Champions. Hill clocked the nation's fastest times in both races with wind-legal clockings of 11.30 in the 100 and 23.57 in the 200! Watch both races below!
