6A Girls Pre-Season Rankings #3
After 2 17th place finishes in 2011(4A) and 2012, South Forsyth took a big leap forward climbing to 7th overall in 6A. That's 10 places better in a much faster division which speaks volumes. What bodes even better for the Eagles is they return their entire top 7 from 2013. Savannah Carnahan (junior pictured above) is their lead runner having prs of 17:26 and 10:55 (3200) Carnahan also placed 6th in 2013 at State and will be a contender for an individual title. Soph Milicent Bergey (pictured above) is a strong #2 with a pr of 18:38 and placed 11th overall at 2013 State. Shoring up the top 6 with prs of sub 19:51 are Savannah Ratcliff, Caitlan Hulsebus, Emma Maisel and Taylor Coleman.
