6A Girls Pre-Season Rankings #2

Etowah's Cross Country program has been getting stronger every season (boys and girls) and the Lady Eagles have the athletes to be a real contender this season. After having placed 16th in 2011 at the 5A meet, they made the Podium placing 4th, only to slip a couple spots in 2013 after having been ranked higher earlier in the season. The Eagles return their experienced top 6, and don't be surprised if a new freshman breaks into the top 7. Kingsley Green (pictured above- pic by Cherokee Tribune)is the top returner sporting a pr of 18:48. The pack will be bolstered by Kyla Resnick, Shelby Rentzel, Madison Fowler and Julie Turbyfield.
