Like Thursday late nite, lol, this race once again was between the trio of Gandolfo, Gearing and Honiotes. After 2.5 laps Gearing and Gandolfo separated from Audrey, and made it a personal duel again. Anna Gearing of White County charged hard down the homestretch overtaking Anna Gandolfo of Blessed Trinity sweeping the 3A distance races clocking the winning time of 5:05, Gandolfo was 2nd in 5:07, Honiotes 3rd in 5:14. A trio of girls had to lean at the finish for 4th with Makayla Hewell of Banks County seizing 4th in 5:25.
