Summer workouts will be on Tuesdays/Thursdays beginning June 12th. No workouts will be held during the week of July 2nd due to GHSA policy. June workouts will begin at 8:30 a.m. July workouts will begin at 4:00 p.m. All workouts will begin at the LFO track.
All workouts are voluntary. Official LFO XC practices begin August 1st.
