The Region Meet will be held on Wednesday October 26th starting at 5 PM at Kinnett Stadium in Columbus GA (Shaw High School).
The first race will most likely be the Junior Varsity race (combined for male and female), then followed by the Varsity Races. The exact schedule will be posted when confirmed.
The Top seven runners will run in the Varsity race. All others will be in the JV race...

Three times a charm for senior Stephen English as he medaled at the State Championships in Jefferson, GA. Competing in the classification featuring the state's top vaulter, Stephen jumped his personal best with a 12 foot jump to take the 8th place medal for the Grangers.
Congratulations to Dmotan Boyd and Stephen English for qualifying for the State Track Championships. Dmotan in the 200 meter sprint events and Stephen in the Pole Vault.
On the women's side, Kabreanna Smith and chandler Ferguson won their events, Kabreanna the shot put and Chandler the pole vault.
The Granger men’s track team competed in the very competitive Carrollton Invitational featuring some of the top athletes in the state. The team finished in 11th with over 20 teams competing. The course will be one loop; two miles of which are in the woods. This is a very technical course that is both challenging and fun. AWARDS: Medals/ribbons will be awarded in the chute for placing 1-25 in each race. Trophies will be awarded to the top individual and the top team in each race. Medals to the top seven runners. PARKING: Buses and cars will be parked at Eagle View Shelter. Additonal parking will be available at the park's visitor center..
